"Dr. Jill’s wellness coaching is having a genuinely positive influence on my life. I’m in a more self-aware place than prior to my coaching sessions and have made steps to reach fulfilling sexual wellness."
One-on-one coaching is for folks who are:
• Seeking empathetic understanding and clarity about a question or concern they're having about their sexuality. • Ready for a transformation in the way they exist in the world as a sexual being. • Just want to feel good already- about their bodies, sexuality, and relationships.
Informed by my training in sexology, mindfulness, and positive psychology, my approach to sexual wellness coaching is a non-judgmental shift away from the cultural emphasis on diagnosing problems and fixing what’s wrong, and toward a model of building on strengths and leveraging what’s working to move you forward from sexually distressed -> to satisfied -> to flourishing!
Clients hire me when they want to:
Increase sexual desire
Reconcile mismatched libidos
Overcome shame about sexuality
Deepen passion and intimacy
Build sexual confidence
Make a relationship decision about dating, commitment, or marriage
Figure out the logistics of sex during pregnancy/after baby
Strengthen communication skills or resolve communication issues
Rejuvenate a sex life that feels routine or boring
Emotionally and sexually thrive

where are coaching sessions held?
Anywhere in the world, as I meet with clients via phone! Upon purchasing your monthly membership or one-time session, you will receive the phone number on which to call me during our scheduled appointments.
what is the cost?
A membership is $190 per month. A single one-on-one session via phone is $140.
I've never worked with a sex coach before. how does this work?
Coaching is about helping you get the type of sexual wellness you want. Here's how it works:
Decide if you are ready to commit to improving how you feel sexually. If so, sign up for a membership. If you're not sure if you're ready to make a change yet, book a single session and see how you feel.
Upon scheduling your first session, your confirmation page will have a link for a Sexual Wellness Assessment to check-in with where you're at now.
Call me at the phone number provided for each session, and work on completing the goals and challenges you set for yourself each week.
Read the outline I send you via email about what we talked about during each session to stay on track.
Email me up if you have questions or need motivation in between sessions.
At the end of the month retake the Sexual Wellness Assessment and celebrate how much you've grown into sexual thriving!
Let your membership auto-renew for the next month to keep access to these benefits, or cancel at the end of the month if you've reached your sexual goals to avoid being billed.
is there any nudity or sexual activity?
No.
how is sex coaching different than sex therapy?
There is overlap and I'm painting broad strokes here, but therapy typically involves a psychologist, clinician, or other mental health professional who is licensed and trained to diagnose and treat mental distress, working with clients to manage trauma, dysfunctional thinking, clinical disorders like depression, and life episodes like grief.
A good coach, whether it is a life coach, business coach, health coach, athletic coach, or sex and relationship coach, typically involves a professional with extensive knowledge in their field and training on sustainable behavior change models, creating a growth-promoting relationship with clients- who are not experiencing serious psychological distress- to help them reach personal success in their area of expertise.
Therapy and coaching can work well in concert with one another. I am not a therapist, and if I find that your needs and goals go beyond the coaching relationship or my training as a sexologist and sexual wellness coach, I will refer you to a qualified clinician.
how many MONTHs will i need before i start seeing results?
It will depend on your commitment to showing up, digging deep, and doing the work. There are no outcome guarantees and everyone is different, but if you're serious about this, you could notice the following in your life:
After one session: Clarity into the depth of what sexual wellness actually is, where you are now with your sexual wellness, where you want to be, and some confidence that it is possible for you to get there.
After three months: Major changes in the way you think and feel about sexuality, your body, and your relationships, improvement in your overall mood and well-being, major insight into and possible complete resolution of at least one of the problems or concerns that brought you to coaching to begin with, and 1/4 progress towards your vision of what your perfect, optimal, thriving sexual self looks like.
After six months: Actionable changes made to the way you think, feel, and behave around sexuality, your body, and your relationships are becoming sustainable habits integrated into your daily life, a focus on maintenance with an ability to roll with and navigate ups and downs in your sexual wellness on your own successfully, and 1/2 progress towards your vision of what your perfect, optimal, thriving sexual self looks like.
what is your cancellation and refund policy?
Lateness Policy:If you are late calling in for an appointment, the session will still conclude at the original session completion time and will count as a full completed session without reimbursement, refund, or rescheduling for the partially missed session.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy:I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, or completely miss a call, the call will count as a full completed session without reimbursement, refund, or rescheduling for the missed session.
Refund Policy: Monthly memberships are billed and auto-renew every month unless you cancel. When you accomplish your goals, or if you find coaching to be no longer helpful for any reason, simply cancel your membership, enjoy your member benefits for the remainder of the current month, and you will not be billed the following month. I do not offer partial or retroactive refunds for mid-month cancellations.
how long is the waiting list to see you?
I am only able to take on 20 members per month, and most clients stay on for several months, so sometimes there can be a short wait, but I currently have 10 spots available. Book yours here!
